Abstract
Proposed mechanism underlying BA-inhibition of oxidant stress-induced LPL secretion and decrease of cellular lipid accumulation in macraphages. Treatment of RAW264.7 macrophages with BA inhibits intracellular ROS-mediated PKC/ERK/c-Fos signaling pathways, and consequently decreases oxidant stress-induced macrophage LPL secretion and attenuates cellular lipid accumulation.
