Abstract
Schematic representation of the major molecular mechanism by which deguelin inhibits migration, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC cells in vitro and in vivo. For the first time we discovered that deguelin inhibited NSCLC cell migration and invasion in vitro and metastasis in vivo. Mechanism studies demonstrated that inhibitory effects of deguelin were mediated by suppressing CtsZ expression and the interaction of CtsZ with integrin β3 as well as downstream the FAK/Src/Paxillin signaling activation.59
