Abstract
⺠CEACAM6 levels are increased in human tumor tissues compared to non-tumor regions. ⺠CEACAM6 is correlated with clinicopathologic features and survival rate. ⺠CEACAM6 levels promote invasiveness in colorectal cancer cell lines. ⺠CEACAM6 plays an important role in tumorigenesis and acquisition of invasiveness.
