Abstract
⺠The blocking ability of synthetic polymers surpasses commonly used blocking agents. ⺠The signal-to-noise ratio of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was 3-fold better. ⺠Backgrounds of assayed samples should be considerably low and close to each other.
