Abstract
⺠First-time evaluation of neo-epitope (Neo) ELISA in dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) ⺠Higher levels of Neo-IgA/IgG autoantibodies in DH on a normal diet than gluten restricted diet ⺠Adult controls with cutaneous autoimmunity tested negative in Neo-epitope ELISA ⺠Superior sensitivities of the neo-epitope ELISA compared with tTg or eTg ELISA ⺠Neo-epitope autoantibodies represent a novel and sensitive marker of DH.
