Abstract
⺠We compared the usefulness of CYFRA 21â1, NMP22, UBC, and FDP for bladder cancer. ⺠All the four biomarkers exhibited diagnostic utility for predicting bladder cancer. ⺠The markers corrected by urine creatinine levels were more useful in the diagnosis. ⺠Combinations of two or more tumor markers did not improve diagnostic performance. ⺠CYFRA 21â1 or NMP22 alone was the most efficient in predicting bladder cancer.
