Abstract
⺠LR11 is a molecule mostly expressing in monocytes. ⺠LR11 specifically expressed on the surface of leukemic cells in both AML and ALL. ⺠sLR11 levels of acute leukemia patients were significantly increased. ⺠Patients with AML and ALL in remission showed significantly decreased sLR11 levels. ⺠Circulating sLR11 may reflect the blast conditions in acute leukemias.
