Abstract
⺠Hong Kong Chinese Breast milk from postpartum women was studied. ⺠They have adequate protein and lactose, but low in quantity of triglycerides. ⺠They contain exceptional high levels of sIgA, which is 2-5 times of western levels. ⺠Refrigerated storage maintained the quality of major milk components. ⺠Convenient for keeping the milk for later feeding, up to three days.
