Abstract
⺠We developed a novel sandwich ELISA for the type II collagen neoepitope (CIINE). ⺠The ELISA determined CIINE concentration regardless of hydroxylation of Pro771. ⺠The ELISA can determine CIINE concentration in human urine accurately. ⺠Urinary CIINE level of OA patients was higher than that of healthy controls.
