Abstract
⺠Treatment with clopidogrel can prevent recurrent ischaemic events. ⺠Clopidorel response was associated with risk for recurrent cardiovascular events. ⺠ABCB1 and ABCC3 can limit intestinal absorption. ⺠Low ABCC3 expression had higher probability to have a good response to clopidogrel. ⺠ABCC3 mRNA expression can be contributed with increase responses to clopidogrel.
