Abstract
⺠The influence of genetic variants on atorvastatin response was evaluated. ⺠Atorvastatin treatment is influenced by G allele for â 290A>G variant of CYP3A4. ⺠The carriers of the G allele for the â 290A>G variant have lower CYP3A4 activity. ⺠The variant â 290A>G of CYP3A4 could be used as a pharmacogenetic predictor.
