Abstract
⺠The postnatal changes in lipoprotein of late preterm infants were different from in term infants. ⺠Greater increases in cholesterol of medium, large VLDL were demonstrated. ⺠However, increases in cholesterol of medium, large LDL and HDL were smaller. ⺠TG was not different in each VLDL subclass compared to term infants. ⺠Lipid nutritional support in late preterm may contribute to improve the late sequel.
