Abstract
⺠We evaluate basal urinary L-FABP excretion in chronic glomerulonephritis patients. ⺠A significant negative correlation between urinary L-FABP and eGFR. ⺠A positive correlation between urinary L-FABP and proteinuria, serum creatinine. ⺠Urinary L-FABP can predict progression of renal function and have more sensitive. ⺠Urinary L-FABP is a good marker of progressive kidney function impairment.
