Abstract
âºWe evaluated an automated analyzer BioPlex 2200 for the detection of autoantibodies. âºConcordance rates between autoantibodies by ELISA and BioPlex were 88.1% to 95.2%. âºThe BioPlex could detect multiple autoantibodies concurrently from a single sample. âºThis new multiplex assay could be effectively used in clinical laboratories.
