Abstract
Klotho KL-VS/KL-VS genotype may be associated with decreased cardio-vascular risk and may interact with antihypertensive treatment in order to reduce blood pressure. This finding could lead to identify subgroups of hypertensive adults who might benefit antihypertensive drug therapies.
