Abstract
- Using AACC Universal Sample Bank, Pylon assay shown to be second-generation hs-cTn.
- >Â 90% of whole blood samples of 505 healthy donors were measurable.
- Good correlation/concordance with Abbott hsTnI using suspected AMI patient samples
- Assay can measure cTnI in whole blood because red blood cells do not interact with the Pylon probe.
