Abstract
⺠Quality indicators (QIs) are fundamental tools for improving laboratory services. ⺠QIs should address all stages of the Total Testing Process. ⺠The model of QIs developed by the IFCC-WG covers all steps of the testing process. ⺠Currently available quality indicators and reporting systems should be harmonized.
