Abstract
⺠Evaluation of thyroid blood tests by LOCI® technology on Vista® analyzer is proposed. ⺠LOCI® fulfills the third-generation criteria for TSH. ⺠Heparin-treated plasma samples give slightly higher values than serum. ⺠Precision of LOCI® compared to radioimmunoassay is poor for FT4 and FT3. ⺠Serum albumin and prealbumin are related to free thyroid hormone levels by LOCI®.
