Abstract
⺠Elevated homocysteine level is a risk factor for atherosclerotic vascular disease. ⺠Endothelial dysfunction in hyperhomocysteinemia is secondary to elevated ADMA. ⺠The impact of cardiovascular risk factors on Hcy- ADMA relationship is unknown. ⺠Hcy- ADMA relationship is independent of other cardiovascular risk factors.
