Abstract
⺠BCL2L12 expression is associated with chemotherapy response and CD117 expression. ⺠BCL2L12-positive AML patients were three times more likely to relapse and/or die. ⺠BCL2L12 constitutes an independent unfavorable predictor of DFS in AML patients. ⺠DFS and OS time intervals are significantly shorter for BCL2L12-positive patients.
