Abstract
⺠We were able to grade papillary bladder cancer tumors in an automated and objective way. ⺠We classified the former G2 tumor grade into the LG or HG group (WHO classification from 2004) based on a SVM algorithm. ⺠We reached high sensitivity and specificity in reclassification of G2 tumors. ⺠MALDI imaging offers great potential in clinical practice to ascertain pathological diagnosis/grading.
