Abstract
⺠We estimate markers of oxidative/nitrosative stress in multiple sclerosis (MS). ⺠We show differences between two main types of MS. ⺠Level of plasma carbonyl groups was elevated in both types of MS. ⺠Level of 3-NT was higher in secondary progressive than relapsing-remitting MS. ⺠Level of uric acid was lower in relapsing-remitting than secondary progressive MS.
