Abstract
- ANXA7 interacts with TIA1 in COS7 cells and HUVECs.
- ABO promotes the interaction between TIA1 and ANXA7 and inhibits TIA1 phosphorylation.
- ANXA7 modulates TIA1 phosphorylation.
- TIA1 is involved in ANXA7-mediated autophagy.
- Inhibition of TIA1 phosphorylation by ABO increases the levels of FLJ11812 and ATG13, and then promotes autophagy.
