Abstract
⺠MicroRNA miR-223 is highly expressed in the epidermal LCs. ⺠miR-223 regulates LCs-mediated CD8+ T cell proliferation. ⺠miR-223 is not required for the development, maturation, migration and phagocytic capacity of LCs.
