Abstract
⺠MET is the direct target of miR-410 in glioma. ⺠miR-410 is low expressed in GBM compared with normal brain tissue and low grade glioma. ⺠Restoring expression of miR-410 in glioma cells led to proliferation inhibition and reduced invasive capability. ⺠miR-410 plays an important role in regulating MET-induced AKT signal transduction in glioma.
