Abstract
⺠Ypi1 is involved in progression through mitosis. ⺠Lack of Ypi1 stabilizes securin Pds1 and induces a Swe1-mediated arrest in G2/M. ⺠Ypi1 is required for the proper assembly of the septin ring.
