Abstract
⺠Bitter vetch seed protein concentrate (BPC) with up to 80% protein has good potential for preparation of protein-based edible film. ⺠Resulting film is relatively flexible and strong to be handled. ⺠CaCl2 could improve its hydrophobicity significantly.
