Abstract
- Synthesize of chitosan-EDTA superior microparticles were optimized using 42 full factorial design.
- These microparticles were superior with respect to high oil adsorbing and oil desorbing capacity.
- The microparticles were examined employing surface free energy components and dynamic advancing contact angle.
- These microparticles were challenged to deliver amphotericin B nanoemulsion.
- The study showed potential of these superior biological particles as a solid substrate for the fabrication of nanoemulsion.
