Abstract
⺠We purified a polysaccharide from the roots of Sophora flavescens. ⺠S. flavescens polysaccharide inhibit H22 tumor growth in mice. ⺠Simultaneously this polysaccharide has potent immunostimulating activity. ⺠The antitumor effect of this polysaccharide is related to immunostimulation.
