Abstract
⺠13 Different chemical modified polypropylene membranes were obtained. ⺠β-Galactosidase was immobilized on all chemical modified membranes. ⺠Hexamethylenediamine gives the highest effective immobilized β-galactosidase. ⺠The influence of alcohols on the activity of immobilized enzyme was studied.
