Abstract
⺠Andrographis paniculata is a traditional Chinese medicine. ⺠A water-soluble polysaccharide named as APP was isolated from A. paniculata. ⺠Diabetic nephropathy (DN) has already become the leading cause of end-stage renal disease. ⺠APP treatment could synergistically prevent the progression of DN complications.
