Abstract
⺠Polysaccharide PCPw from Pulsatilla chinensis have been first fractionated. ⺠PCPw was composed of rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, galactose and mannose. ⺠PCPw significantly inhibit the tumor growth in mice. ⺠PCPw significantly improve both cellular and humoral immune response. ⺠PCPw might be explored as a potential natural antitumor drug.
