Abstract
⺠Ophiopogonpolysaccharide (OPS) and jujube polysaccharides (JPS) were sulfatedly modified. ⺠Immune-enhancing activities of sulfated OPS (sOPS) and JPS (sJPS) were compared. ⺠sOPS and sJPS showed stronger activity as compared with unmodified OPS and JPS. ⺠Sulfated modification significantly enhanced the immune-enhancing activity of OPS and JPS. ⺠sOPS80 possessed the best efficacy and could be as a component of immunopotentiator.
