Abstract
⺠Preparation conditions of glycyrrhetinic acid liposome (GAL) were optimized by RSM. ⺠The optimal preparation conditions for GAL was ratio 9:1, soybean phospholipid cholesterol (w/w) 2.5:1 and water bath temperature 31 °C. ⺠GAL could significantly promote T and B lymphocytes proliferation and increase the concentration of IgG and IgM in vitro.
