Abstract
⺠A purified polysaccharide fraction was obtained from Ganoderma sinense. ⺠Its backbone is mainly structured of 1-, 1,4-, 1,6-linked-β-d-glucopyranosyl. ⺠It showed significantly stimulating effect on the cytokine secretion from PBMC. ⺠It could also stimulate the NO and the cytokine secretion from raw 264.7 cell.
