Abstract
► Develop a simple and valid UV spectrophotometric method for quantification of γ-PGA. ► Investigate the UV absorption spectrum properties of γ-PGA aqueous solution. ► The method exhibited high-throughput with 96-well microplate. ► The method is applied successfully for quantification of γ-PGA concentration in biological samples.
