Abstract
⺠The antioxidant activities of three polysaccharide components (TLH-1, TLH-2, TLH-3) extracted from Tricholoma lobayense. ⺠The polysaccharides had significant effect on scavenging O2â, inhibiting H2O2-induced MEH and formation of MDA. ⺠The effect of the polysaccharides on oxidation of HSA was evaluated by fluorescence spectroscopy. ⺠The polysaccharide TLH-3 had the highest capacity for scavenging free radicals and inhibiting oxidation of HSA. ⺠TLH-3 could be explored as effective natural antioxidant.
