Abstract
► Extraction of gelatin from Pacific cod skin was performed under optimal conditions. ► The antioxidative effect of fish skin peptides was analyzed by ESR technique. ► Intracellular antioxidant activities were investigated on RAW 264.7 cells. ► Angiotensin-I converting enzyme inhibitory effect of the purified peptides was assessed. ► Purified peptides could be used in the functional foods.
