Abstract
⸠We synthesized novel vitamin D3 derivatives with chiral cyclopentanone in the side chain. ⸠Novel derivatives showed strong transactivation activities in spite of weak affinity to VDR. ⸠Some derivatives showed strong activities for enhancing bone growth using OVX therapeutic rats.
