Abstract
⸠Genome-wide ChIP-seq data can predict ligand responsiveness of VDR target genes. ⸠FAIRE-seq time course data allow monitoring of dynamic chromatin opening. ⸠The BHLHE40 gene is a dynamically controlled VDR target gene with a short mRNA half-life of 0.9 h.
