Abstract
⸠The odd-skipped related genes Osr1 and Osr2 are expressed in murine and human bone cell lines. ⸠Osr1 and Osr2 are transcriptionally up-regulated by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 in bone cells. ⸠The regulation of Osr1 and Osr2 by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 is conserved between mice and men.
