Abstract
▸ 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 alters expression of FoxO and SESN in osteoblasts. ▸ Vitamin D receptor binds to functional VDRE in SESN1. ▸ FoxO or SESN knock-down does not affect growth inhibition by 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3. ▸ 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 induces increased ROS in FoxO knock-down osteoblasts.
