Abstract
⸠Osteoblast-like cell cultures demonstrate variable degrees of cell maturation. ⸠1,25D promotes pro-catabolic and anti-anabolic responses only in immature osteoblast-like cells. ⸠1,25D inhibits mineral deposition only in immature osteoblast-like cell cultures.
