Abstract
⸠mRNA regulation for VDR target genes differs between non-malignant and malignant prostate models. ⸠NCOR1 is selectively recruited to genes such as IGFBP3 which are repressed by VDR activation in prostate cancer cells. ⸠These findings underline the complex and gene-selective nature by which VDR actions are distorted in cancer cells.
