Abstract
⺠We cultured fibroblasts from breast cancer (CAFs) and paired normal tissue (NAFs). ⺠Genes differentially expressed were analyzed in CAFs and NAFs treated with 1,25D. ⺠In CAFs, genes coded for proliferation inhibition and anti inflammation effects. ⺠In NAFs induced genes coded for anti apoptosis, immune defense and detoxification. ⺠Common genes showed different co-expression by networks and interactome analysis.
