Abstract
⺠Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a current clinical problem. ⺠There is a lack of targeted therapies for TNBC in contrast to other breast cancers. ⺠Androgen receptor is found in 30% of TNBC hence is a potential therapeutic target. ⺠Currently the role of biological role AR in TNBC is unclear. ⺠This review summarises the current studies and suggests future directions.
