Abstract
⺠Three 2α-substituted vitamin D analogs, O2C3, O1C3, and MART-10 were compared. ⺠Only O2C3 was metabolized in human liver by CYP3A4 among three analogs. ⺠MART-10 was the most resistant to CYP24A1 hydroxylation. ⺠MART-10 showed different metabolism and biological activities than other two analogs. ⺠MART-10 could be developed as a potential candidate for cancer treatment.
