Abstract
⺠We compared responses to ovariectomy and E2 substitution depending on parity status. ⺠Effects were assessed on physiological and molecular level in uterus and bone. ⺠Significant differences were observed with regard to the estrogenic sensitivity. ⺠E2 mediated effects on bone were only found among nulliparous rats.
