Abstract
⺠Suppression of PEX5 or PEX7 decreased the localization of EBP50 to membranes. ⺠iNOS targeting to peroxisomes in hepatocytes involves interaction with PEX7 and EBP50. ⺠Immunoelectron microscopy confirmed the presence of EBP50 and iNOS in peroxisomes. ⺠iNOS localization to peroxisomes was required EBP50 expression in LPS-treated mice.
