Abstract
► We found that natriuretic peptide (NP) signaling pathway are up-regulated in diabetic gastric smooth muscle of mouse. ► NP/NPR-A, B/cGMP signaling pathway down-regulates mSCF/c-Kit signaling pathway in gastric smooth muscle. ► cANF/NPR-C signaling pathway shows an anti-proliferation effect in cultured gastric smooth muscle cells.
